Easter bunnies and goodies associated with this holiday warm my heart. I especially love the look of joy when my children find their baskets and go for the egg hunt at our local church.
In the spirit of bunnies and goodies, I baked these yummy carrot cake cupcakes with a recipe from Danielle Walker’s Meals Made Simple Cookbook.
Then I whipped up a cream cheese frosting that was a simple mixture of cream cheese, sugar, butter, and vanilla.
