New Year new take on NRC #celiac

What a start to the new year it has been.  I have taken some big steps by seeking second opinions on my health and continue to to grow and learn every day.
I tried expanding my food options over the last month and have had some successes and some failures.
I found a gluttonous treat that my family and friends can’t tell is gluten free they are so good… (win)

I have actually sat at a breakfast shop without obsessing about getting glutened…

My husband and I had an anniversary date at a gf restaurant and I enjoyed it free from worry.

I feel confident that the answers and improved health will come soon.
All this to say, in this new year I am finding gladness of spirit and that is so refreshing.
Anyone else out there  have Non-responsive Celiac? How are you doing?
