Today I was glad to have found a snack that was gluten free while traveling from the city since I didn’t have time to sit down to lunch or track down gf options.  I found this probiotic drink:

At the gift shop…
So far so good! That’s always encouraging since I generally avoid processed food.

When I got home it was time for dinner. Tonight was hot and spicy since it’s freezing cold weather!!

Spicy chicken thighs

Season skinless boneless chicken thighs with a mixture of paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake at 350° until done (approximately 45 minutes).
