Well, I am contemplating skipping my morning tea (to be super gluten free) but feel very grumpy about it. And about everything, really. This is what happens when I have an eency weency amount of trace gluten in my system: skin on fire, foggy brain, grumpy, bloated…
Generally, my antidote is a bit of gratitude for the knowledge that I can prevent this from happening in the future by making better choices.
Anyone on PInterest? I may have to avoid going on there so that I am not ‘peer pressured’ into thinking that life will end without a batch of gluten free brownies in the house. Back to gratitude…
Thanksgiving is coming up next week and we decided to keep it simple and be home where the kitchen cross-contact with gluten was minimized. I will not be making gluten free brownies because I am sticking to whole foods that don’t come in packages… but I am looking for ideas.
I may just go get a whole coconut and break out the grater.
