Hello dear readers!
Today has been a simple project day. After spending the better part of the last week recovering from my last gluten exposure, I’m feeling closer to normal and back on solid foods.
While I spent the first part of today turning a vintage sweater/buttons into a pair of toddler overalls I sipped on raspberry tea and ate a pear (pears are so gentle on the stomach).
I have been drinking traditional medicinals organic raspberry leaf tea, which down-to-the-tea-string is gluten free (and super for female system support).
That kept me humming through until lunch.
Simple tuna salad
I was so hungry that my photo has captured the leftovers!
Simple (dairy free egg free)Tuna Salad:
•Tuna (water packed and rinsed well)
•Celery, chopped
•olive oil
•sea salt to taste
Easy and my little one finished his whole plate!
