Although I do not eat sweets regularly, I am NOT a saint. I also eat a treat once in a while and especially with the holidays coming it helps to have a recipe ready to use for special occasions in place of a standard American diet dessert.
Depending on amount needed all are 1:1
•1T maple syrup
•1 T coconut oil
•1T coconut flour
•(optional) Sea salt to taste
Melt coconut oil
Mix with maple syrup
Add salt, flour and cocoa and sea salt to taste.
Serve drizzled over dessert of choice -or my favorite… berries for a special treat!
