Hello! It’s nap time I’m the car, folks. Time to announce that in a few days I will begin the process of home brewing Kombucha! I am finding that it helps a lot with gut issues and is one of the few commercial items I van purchase…but its super expensive. Thus the homebrew adventure.

Love brewing my own kombucha. But I can’t get it fizzy enough. Maybe this batch will be the magic one… Have you tried water kefir? Similar concept, less “fermenty” tasting, and THAT I have been able to get very fizzy.
I have had water kefir but haven’t brewed myself. Perhaps more fermentation will help with the fizziness? I had the same problem.
