Gluten Free Quinoa salad

Hi there!
What a beautiful week it has been in the Hudson Valley!! I adore autumn and can’t get enough time outdoors during this season.
We went to a beautiful local organic orchard for some berry, pumpkin and apple picking and we have been savouring the fruits of our labor!

We brought along a new recipe to have as a picnic lunch after the day of picking. It was almost all gone and was a hit!

Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:
2 C cooked Quinoa
1/2 C Peas
1/2 C Carrots, cooked chopped
1/2 C cherry tomatoes
4T Gf oyster sauce
4 T gf soy sauce
Juice from 2 limes
Juice from 1 lemon

Directions
1. Mix wet ingredient in large bowl
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Refrigerate 1 hour or more
4. Serve & enjoy!
