Simple snacks




Howdy!  Today was another absolutely beautiful day in the Hudson Valley!  I woke up early and took my little guy for a long walk before breakfast.  We had a rather low-key day trying to reorient nap-times after our mini-vacation messed that up a bit.
While my little one was napping did a treadmill run and made Gluten Free tuna wraps for lunch!


Easy enough to make and hit the spot with a solid serving of protein!

Later, I made another unusual Gluten Free, FODMAP snack with three ingredients:  Banana, unsweetened coconut, and sunbutter.  Yum!
