I woke up at 6:30 to do my strength training workout this morning. It felt great!!! I am so thankful that this Gluten Free, FODMAP diet finally has me on the road to wellness.  I simply enjoy life so much more feeling good.

Once I got back home and showered I had breakfast, a delicious smoothie!

We’re taking the drive today to go on vacation and so I’ve packed, planned, prepared the car, and dressed for the occasion!

I’m no fancy girl…at the moment we are on a budget SO this is a TARGET special Xhileration dress paired with Dansko sandals and a belt purchased from Piperlime.

I find that as a STAHM (right now), I tend to worry less and less about my appearance…that might not be the best thing. Because I’m doing extended nursing, it means that a lot of the time I have my nursing tank tops under my shirt…but whatever works!!So, I’m trying to at least put my best foot forward each day, by putting together outfits that work.  I love this bloggers thoughts on fashion…“don’t dread tomorrow” and I especially love the idea that laughing increases brain power.

Hope you have a day full of laughter!!!
