This morning I was super excited to see one of my bulbs opening!!
I was up early to get to the Gym before 7. The baby was still asleep and it was still cool!
I warmed up with the Cybex arc-trainer and then I did a basic strength training work out on the Cybex weight machines. After a breakfast smoothie I felt ready for the day.
In this smoothie:
- 1 T. cocoa powder
- 1/4 C. blueberries
- handful spinach
- 1C. almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 t. almond butter
And now, for the piece de resistance… a Gluten-free July 4th dinner!
My husband made hamburgers with bacon, potatoes and spinach for dinner. We enjoyed dinner on our back porch with gorgeous weather. Yum!!
