I woke up this morning and had some chamomile tea to calm my belly.  I was hoping to make a few small changes to my day to decrease any inflammation.

This morning’s breakfast was a protein drink.

In this protein drink:

  • Very vanilla soy milk
  • Cocoa powder
  • Spinach
  • Banana half
  • Rice nutribiotic protein powder

I spent the morning with my little one at the local library fair.  By quarter to noon, I was ready to pass out with hunger so we headed home to get some GF sustenance.  I definitely am feeling better after a healthy lunch:

Simple Salad with chickpeas and almonds and some chicken bone broth

A little more herbal tea this afternoon and I’m starting to feel better already!  It is incredible what simple dietary changes can do to decrease inflammation once you have identified intolerances and sensitivities.  What a difference a choice can make!
